Fitness Camp is our most popular group exercise programme. Our aim is to get people to enjoy exercise, eating healthily and the lifestyle it breeds. By the end of your first month, you will be wanting to sign-up again, and make Fitness Camp a sustainable part of your life! The coaches are all welcoming, knowledgeable, and will go the extra mile to ensure you’re getting the most out of the programme and having the best experience.
You will be coached by the team through every step of the way from the warm-up through to the cool down. During the main session you will use your body weight and an array of fun functional fitness equipment to work the entire body. You will be a valued member from the word go!
