Marcus Biles, BSc
Marcus founded First Class Fitness in 2014. Originally finding his passion for training through competing and sports, he has completed a host of marathons and ultra-endurance races placing highly in his age category. Graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Sports Coaching and Performance, he is qualified to teach and has lectured for many years. He holds further qualifications including GP referrals and having been a personal trainer for 7 years – he is an expert in his field. His elite client base is a testament to his personalised approach which focuses on crafting tailored programmes to suit any individual. Marcusโs personal drive, passion and comprehensive knowledge of all things health and fitness, along with his dedication to not only his own, but every one of his clientโs self development – are all heavily embedded into First Class Fitness and everything it has to offer.

Harry Reynolds
I developed a strong passion for the health and fitness industry from a young age after competing in a variety of sports. My main interest was playing football where I competed on a semi professional level from the age of 16. After completing a level 3 BTEC in Sport and Exercise Science, I went on to becoming a Level 2 Fitness instructor and then a Level 3 Personal Trainer. Recently I have completed my Level 4 in GP and Exercise Referral which means I am qualified to work with clients that suffer from major medical conditions like hypertension, Back pain, mental health and many more. My philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning as I work towards enhancing the health and well-being of my clients by empowering them with my knowledge of health and fitness. So whatever your fitness goal may be, together we can transform your quality of life through tailor made training and nutrition plans suited to your lifestyle.

Coming from a sports background and having played for several local football teams, Jack has always been heavily involved in both competing and working on his own personal fitness goals. Jackโs passion naturally led him into the health and fitness industry, having gained valuable experience when completing his personal training qualification alongside working in a gym. You can set your sights on results with his methodological approach and his friendly, positive attitude – his clients can be assured they will come away feeling successful after every session.

Jared Dell'Oca
Jared is originally from South Africa where he pursued his passion for sport and hiking. This keen interest led to his obtaining a Physiology degree, and then on to personal training which has allowed him to pass on his understanding and experience of exercise and healthy living to his clients. With his motivational and educational style, clients will find themselves achieving more than they envisaged and feeling empowered to tackle even greater goals. A strong believer in continued personal development, Jared is currently completing a diploma in life coaching to help clients identify and overcome mental barriers, prompting accelerated results.
