You will follow a resistance/weights training programme completed in a small group environment lead by experienced coaches. This will be facilitated by a complete nutrition plan, delivered online in a private Facebook group.

(3 month programme, starting in January, April, July & October)
You will complete 3/4 of these.

I achieved everything I wanted to achieve in those 6 weeks, and was so pleased that I am now into my next programme with Marcus! I can highly recommend Marcus, he is hugely knowledgeable, both training and nutrition wise. You won’t regret it!
